Hidden Gates Don't Work?

Hello, I recently found a problem within Stargate. What I did, as the instructions told me to do, was put H on the bottom of the sign, and it would be "hidden". So I did this onto one portal, not to the other, left that as only A, logged instantly onto my alt and used the portal, and I could still see the portal I just came from. If I am doing something wrong please help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Hidden refers to the portal showing up in the gate networks destination list, not the physical portal itself.

Oh, sorry for this misunderstanding. Is there any way I can get invisible stargates?
