Hi!

I'm using the latest build of Stargate and I'm having some Issues, my gates were deleting after a reload, I fixed it by debugging, now when I try to teleport over the gates 2 times or more, it buggs the whole CHUNK, so it appears to have nothing on the CHUNK, here is a print screen http://imageshack.us/f/405/holez.png/, if I disable PermissionsEx then it works like a charm, let remember you that I have the '*' permissions in my group and when I try with OP it works too!

I don't know how to give you the permissions file cause it's in a MySql DataBase!

dougmpv, please enable debug mode (debug: true in the config), run a stock Stargate, and post your server log when the plugin removes a gate. The only time it should remove gates is when the gate is no longer valid, if it's doing it any other time then there is more of an underlying issue than chunks. My guess, from the sounds of it, is map corruption.

Quick question, when you make your own gates, can you actually define a different shape for the gate than the nethergate.gate file uses?

Dear k2trf: (if I may lend an opinion) Ohhhh Yeah. :D Take a look at the watergate file I posted earlier in this thread.
Use your imagination and try a few alternative .gate files. Taller, wider, narrower, shorter have all worked for me.
The nethergate.gate file is sacrosanct and shouldn't be altered, btw. Just give the new gate files new names.

My Portals aren't removing anymore, I fixed it myself, but the chunk bug is still happening, I will try to do a map repair!

Portals don't seem to be removing correctly in Creative mode for me, it wouldn't go away until I had broken the block behind the sign, everything else would re-appear.

Bukkit: 1543, Stargate: 0.7.2.
I haven't played BF3 in a couple months why did I still have my stats down here? Maybe I need Skyrim stats!! :D

Darkone003, the only way to remove a gate in creative mode is to destroy something other than the sign/button, otherwise general use would destroy the gate.

k2trf, the .gate layout can be anything you please, one gate we run on our server is actually 13x13 blocks

Yeah I kinda figured that was intentional but the actual gate itself was regenerating, the only block that allowed me to actually break the gate was the one behind the sign.

Though testing this again it doesn't always happen, perhaps it may not be caused by this mod at although I have no idea what would be causing that... :\

Oh well not really an issue at all.
I haven't played BF3 in a couple months why did I still have my stats down here? Maybe I need Skyrim stats!! :D

When I make a portal of water, ID 8 or 9 the gate auto destroys when reloading, the debug point to a mismatch exit/entrance material, I figured out that water ID 8 changes to water ID 9 but even if I use 9 in open-material it point to the same error and destroy my portal, may u do something about water portals? a way to wont destroy them?

- Lava and water gates no longer destroy on reload
- "sg reload" now closes gates before reloading
- Added Vault support
- Added missing "useiConomy" option in config

That should cover most of the bugs reported this week. Please let me know if you encounter any new ones.

Thank you very much Drakia, that fixed my problem! Ur awesome! after reloading all my gates remain intacts, there is only one little thing left, when I reloaded with debug on, the message of X portals loaded is a little buggy, look:

My god, this is the best plugin I have seen since the RealTeleporter! I've started using this with MultiVerse 2, and I could not be happier!

You said you have two different versions of Stargate, this is why I require a server log to offer any assistance.
Stargate explicitly loads the destination chunk, so it's either another plugin conflicting (Again, server log would tell me what plugins you're running) or it's a Bukkit issue.

Some issue since recently (weeks/days not sure):

Every network seems to show that "><" on first right-click. If you then scroll through entire list, it's gone, but it's back on first right-click after a sign is reset again.

I have been getting the same as Joy since the "recall last destination" tweak.
Not sure its working as it should. It Doesn't cause errors, so I didnt worry about it.
By the way Happy Merry season thang.
